I made the appt with my lawyer
I dropped the paperwork off for my divorce and made an appt for next week. I am now ready to proceed with the divorce. I have been waiting until I have a job, but now I think, why? I just need that chit outta my life. I wish he was not the father of my children.
Too bad it is always worse than you expect with an n. He was a rotten father, rotten husband and now he is a rotten x. Oh well, he will rot in hell!

I'm sorry--No matter what has happened previously, it's still a painful thing to do and a painful process to go through.
Actually, depending on your state laws, you MAY be better off filing while unemployed. In my state, temporary spousal support is calculated based on earnings. So, if you are unemployed, your spouse would have to pay you more than if you had a job. But check your state laws to see.
