 Stupid Question.....
O.k., here's the one thing I do not understand...1st, 3rd and 5th weekends.
What makes it a 1st weekend or 5th weekend?
Last weekend included Oct and Nov.
He picked D up Friday and returned Sun, Sunday was the 1st. So was that the 5th weedend (Oct) or the 1st weekend (Nov)?
Help!

Mine is defined in the decree as the first, third and fifth weekend starting on Friday. So simply count the first friday in the month, that's his, then next is the second which is mine and so on.

Thanks! I guess I'm looking at the date and not "weekend" which starts on Friday.....
Yuk, that means he has her alot this month, it is his turn to have her for Thanksgiving.
She will be hard to deal with when I get her back....

Hey exhausted,
Do you have a separate holiday schedule that trumps the usual visitation? If not, you should get that in writing as well. You could alternate holidays and her birthday every year. PM me if you'd like to see the schedule I made.

Hey Been...
Yeah, we have the standard visitation which is every other holidy and the holiday trumps the regular visitation (mid week and weekends). He never wants to follow it, he says they are just "guidelines", I said "No, once the judge signed them....they became law". He gets mad...I don't care. I just hate it when he has her....his mom's house is not a good environment for her to be in. She does not have her own room and he is sleeping on the floor "in" her room. His niece is a bad influence and his other sister is coming back and she will cause alot of conflict.
I smell alot of trouble coming.......I hate it!
