Thumb Tie routines
Where are the best details on thumb tie routines? Vaslov is not around so I can't ask his help -- but you guys know sources. I want to have co-performer (Raffi) learn one so he gets spotlight and we add more audience participation.
Books, etc are preferable since I dislike the garbage/verbiage on magic boards; but I'll go there if needed for research.
Would like to start on this soon so Raffi has chance to play and experiment on Boulder City NV trip two weeks from now.

I thought someone would direct me to the 20 pages in Tarbell Volume 4 -- too obvious. Any other leads?
