Can somebody explain how you post a link with another word indicating the link, like when people say look here and you get the link when you click on "here" ??????????????

To get a link
Click on "Insert Link"
In the first box copy & paste the URL of the site you want to link to
click OK
In the next box type the link words or title that you want the link to show as
click OK
NB it always appears at the end of the message rather than where the cursor is at the time which I find awkward.
