Re: LULZ I think that Radio 1 has to admit to be at least partly to blame, although inviting the whole 6th form wasn't the most sensible move she probably didn't consider the likely outcome.

Re: LULZ I actually feel sorry for this girl and her parents. The fact that she's rich isn't the issue and I lay my politcal feelings aside for respect of the individual and their property. This girl was a bit naïve, but she deserved a good birthday party like any other 18 year old, and her parents didn't deserve to get their home trashed. The person who called the BBC should be charged with inciting trespass, and heads should roll at the BBC who should NEVER broadcast a private address for a public free for all without verification. Afraid I can't laugh at this.
Re: LULZ But Kylie they didn't broadcast a private address.
I agree she deserved a good party but at least she will never forget this one and sorry but I do think it funny that she could be quite so stupid. i dont care how much money she does or does not have to be honest and agree that part is not relevant.

Come on Glitter, I used to live in Devon and I know there aren't that many mansions in and around Bovey Tracey. It was tantamount to "go to 5 Thatcher Street....."
I think there's an element here of laughing at this girl because she's rich in a way we wouldn't do if her low paid, single mum had her modest terraced house smashed up.
Re: LULZ Amazing Kylie and I in complete agreement, laughing at this violent behaviour happening in a rich persons house smacks of a little more than jealousy to me.

Re: LULZ I had to laugh that a teenager who was celebrating her birthday thought it would be ok to post notices inviting everyone indiscriminately around her school.
First her tally of numbers and her mothers doesnt add up - she wanted to have 300+ and her mother only 100+ Typical teenage behaviour.
Second how naive? Did she really believe that such notices would not attract the kind of attention it got in reality?
No I think there is a kind of black humour in the whole thing and the fact that she is wealthy is a red herring.
