Really chuffed for you...it sounds to have gone really well...one of first interviews i did after qualifying i was interviewed by several sat at other side of a board table...and then we had to do informal interview in afternoon too with 2 more people. They said that my answers had been
enthusiastic and better than other more experienced intervewees.
My best moment was when i actually decided to turn their offer of a job down !!

As the days have gone by i have started to reflect on my answers and i no they were not the best to be honest.
I really dont think i wil get the job but it will not stop me trying again.
I just have that gut feeling i have not been sucessful. emoticon

She hasn't been offered a job as yet, as I said she is still waiting for a reply 6 weeks afte the interview, when I started it was 8 weeks before I got the job offer.

Feel good about the feedback you got on the day...be patiet and dont over reflect until you have an answer...it sounds like you did better than you thought on spending time reflecting emoticon such over reflection can be destructive and unnecesarily so emoticon
