Oh for ****s sake! Homophobia is a real problem and throwing the title around as freely as you do dramatically reduces the profile of real homophobia and makes it much less likely that people respond to genuine homophobia. If I think you are a drama queen or a knobhead, that is not a comment on all homosexual people, just a comment on you.
There is humour in every tragedy and nurses in particular often see humour in areas that other people might take offense at. If you look at the joke, the target is the guy cutting people's heads off, not the people having their heads cut off. The joke is that he is so stupid that he things giving head is beheading! Now the joke is not Perrier Award territory but it is a joke nonetheless. I am so sorry you think I shouldn't poke fun at a monster but that has absolutely **** all to do with homophobia, unless you think laughing at Hitler is antimsemitic. Did you write in to the authors of Dad's Army or 'Allo Allo going "Millions of people died so how can you find any humour in this you bastards!!!"?
