bob and tim were married to twin sisters, and every year when their mother in law came into town to visit, they "were at the office late," "had client meetings" all the time, and on the weekends, "needed to get some work done." after many years of suspicious behavior, the mother in law finally caught them in a lie, and she was coming for blood.

if i lived in the burbs, this would be a result.

As for accuracy, it's called 'Theatrical License". Embellishment for the sake of the story. That's what happens with a show that is 'fiction based on fact'.
It's a mini-series, not a documentary film.
Enjoy the entertainment, I know i will!
