Dubai: Britons get jail time in sex on beach case
A British couple was sentenced to three months in jail Thursday in a case that has caused controversy in this Gulf boom town because the two were charged with having sex on the beach.
Dubai laws - whack
That was a dirty trick. (your link).
I was all ramped up to see some British titties after I clicked it.

Re: The random krap and bizarre pics thread
Slow newsday, but appropriately named strip club:
Man sues Fla. strip club over dancer's flying shoe
Oct 17, 3:02 PM (ET)
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - An angry wife or girlfriend might not be the only thing to worry about when visiting a strip club. A man suing a Pompano Beach club claims a performer's shoe flew off during a pole dance, shattered the mirrored ceiling and caused glass and the shoe to hit him.
The lawsuit filed in Broward County by 35-year-old Charles Privette says the Booby Trap breached its duty when its employee failed to perform her routine in a reasonably safe manner. The suit seeks at least $15,000 in damages.
Privette's attorney says his client suffered a small cut to his eyebrow, headaches and nose bleeds because of the Jan. 14 pole dance. Booby Trap general manager George Gettinger acknowledges paramedics were called but said injuries were minor.
___
Worse yet, and adding insult to injury, the stripper was probably an ugly meth skank as this video indicates:

Road-rage chase ends outside Anderson police station
Most times, police officers make DUI arrests in the field. On Friday night, Anderson police found a suspected drunken driver right outside their own front door.
And in a turn of events, it was the police dispatcher who needed her officers to respond “Code 3” to stop the driver from chasing another driver outside the North Street police headquarters.
When the incident was finally over, 48-year-old Anderson resident Dennis W. Ennslin was in custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after having chased another driver from Happy Valley Road to the station, Anderson police Sgt. Steve Blunk said.
Blunk described this series of events in the road-rage incident:
Cottonwood resident David K. Malecke, 29, said he was going south on Highway 273 when Ennslin sped up behind him in the same lane. Malecke turned his car into the other lane to let the man pass, but he pulled alongside and started yelling as they drove down the road.
At one point, Ennslin steered his pickup into Malecke’s lane, causing him to veer off the roadway and onto the shoulder.
Malecke, fearing for his safety, decided to drive to the Anderson Police Department for help. The pickup followed Malecke into the parking lot and chased him around the station several times at speeds up to 45 mph, narrowing missing the sides of the building and employees’ vehicles.
The on-duty dispatcher saw the small pickup chasing the blue sedan on the perimeter surveillance camera and radioed for assistance.
Anderson police arrived with lights and sirens blaring just as both vehicles were rounding a corner of the building for the fifth time. Both drivers finally stopped.
Ennslin failed a field sobriety test, Blunk said. A preliminary alcohol screening measured his blood-alcohol content at .242 percent, three times the legal limit, Blunk said.
The Anderson sergeant said Ennslin faces an additional charge of reckless driving.

Re: The random krap and bizarre pics thread
As if the previous story wasn't funny enough I gleaned this hilarious tidbit from the local paper this morning.
Shasta County is a VERY entertaining place.
Come on vacation, leave on probation and return on violation!

Barbed wire injures transient following rock fight
An unidentified transient was taken to the hospital Friday night after he got cut by a barbed-wire fence following a rock fight with another transient near the Sacramento River Trail in Redding.
The men were throwing rocks at each other in the area of Middle Creek Road about 9 p.m., Redding police Sgt. Jay Guterding said.
Afterward, one of the men was cut by the sharp fence and was seen bleeding while going down Court Street, Guterding said.
Police received calls from alarmed residents and the California Highway Patrol helicopter was launched in a search.
No arrests were made because no crime occurred, the sergeant said.

That's the sad/funniest part.
"No crime was committed, because homeless meth heads attempting to stone each other to death is certainly not criminal. Matter of fact, the only real crime is that they both survived."
"Let he who is without meth cast the first stone. And if it's a tie, then so be it"

Police arrest Mich. man for car wash vacuum sex
Oct 18, 7:56 PM (ET)
THOMAS TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - Police say a Michigan man has been arrested after "receiving sexual favors from a vacuum" at a car wash.
The Saginaw News reports the 29-year-old Swan Creek Township man was arrested Thursday in Saginaw County's Thomas Township, about 90 miles northwest of Detroit.
Police Sgt. Gary Breidinger says a resident called to report suspicious activity at the car wash about 6:45 a.m. An officer approached on foot and caught the man in the act.
The suspect, whose name wasn't immediately released, is being held in the Saginaw County Jail.
