I've had it with Teh Facking Sharks
This is the worst "good" team I've ever seen. Can't keep any formidable offense pressure on the other team at all, the fore-checking is a joke, they play with zero fire, the power play is an abortion, Marleau and Cheecho are garbage, the defense looks alright for 95% of the game and then they lose their facking heads with outrageous mistakes...Goaltending is awesome, but Nabby is tired, tired, tired...he needs a deserved break.
The only guys I see playing with fire & heart game in & out are Joe, Mitchell, and Roenick. Jeremy Facking Roenick has more heart than our team combined, and he was all but out of hockey because of the disaster era in L.A., which was all his own fault, and ost thought he would be a preseason cut, and barely anyone thought he would make it through half the season. I never would have guessed that he of all people would have been the Shark to play with the most fire all season long...even though he hasn't racked up a lot of points, kudos to JR's ressurgence.
We need a puck moving & PP point Defenseman, and a bonafide scorer, or else we are one and done in the playoffs, especially if we play the Ducks in the first round.
Stanley Cup contender my facking ass, even if we got a defenseman & scorer, I have zero faith in this team come playoff times based on the last two series where they got elmimated (EDM & DET) and they had the series and games in hand, and facking blew it.
I hope I'm wrong, but this the most boring frustrating Sharks team I've ever seen.

I was just thinking the exact same thing today, and for the third or fourth time this season too.
I used to enjoy Sharks games, I don't anymore.
I'd much rather watch the Warriors, even though they have their own glaring defects as well.

You nailed it, the Sharks have not enjoyable to watch this season...the Warrirors are always entertaining right now, even with (or maybe even moreso) their defects.
I held out hope because the D was playing well (defensively only), the goaltending was great, and you had to hope Cheech and Marleau would get it back on track, or someone else would step it up offensively. Unless Nabakov goes nuts in the 1st round, and for some reason we start clicking offensively, and heaven forbid we score a PP goal...we will not do well in a 1st round matchup vs. Anaheim.

I love the Kings as well, before I moved to L.A. I think I'd only been to 2 Sharks games, and after living in L.A. for 8 years...I've been to 100's. I will cry if they ever meet each other in the playoffs, I don't know who I will cheer for...and these last few years have really hurt to watch the Kings. My favorite NHL game I ever saw live was the Kings/Avs playoff game in 2001 or 2002 when Murray won it in OT with a 5 hole slapper on Fat Kid Roy. We were in the first row of the upper level, and we almost fell over the ledge, there was 10 of us, and we were jumping all over each other like drunken homos.
I love Lombardi, a great evaluator of talent, but his F.A. decisions have beffulded me, especially Cloutier. Great young talent, more in the pipeline...but his F.A. decisions need to be better, and Crawford needs to go, I can't stand the man.
