He says he knew things wouldn't work out when McGowen asked him to possibly play some first base. What an asshole! When I get a job and the boss (who is paying me well) says "We might want you to do something a little out of your element," you know what I say? I say: "Cool. I'd be willing to explore that, sir." If I sat there thinking (on my first day) "Screw this job, it's not going to work," as A.J did, it would be self-sabotage, and I might be a disgruntled employee who later, I don't know, may punch a fellow employee in the balls or refuse to work until I finish my card game.
In short, screw A.J. I don't buy his denials of any wrongdoing, and I hope the fans give him hell tonight.

A.J. is hated too much. The man had a feud with Matt herges and Brian Bombko, too gas cans. I don't blame him for not wanting to go over hitters with em', it would've been a waste of time. I'm also glad he kicked Conte in the nuts, that guy was a douche.

Bonds was the best player of his generation that carried this facking franchise on his back for the years he was here, you dumb ****. The fact that you are making an attempt to compare Bonds hatred for the media and A.J.'s destructive behavior towards his own team only highlights the lack of comprehension of the game and this team that you showcase on virtually every post you make.
There are no cheapshots for you, I'm only reminding you of the total disdain I have for the two cent head for baseball you possess....
For the love of God, if you are not a classic example of why we need to promote the use of contraceptives than I don't know what it.

Bonds was not exactly Mr. Teammate, having his own corner of the clubhouse, and yes, I love him to death, but Bonds was a JERK. If you think otherwise, you are very naive. My point is that while A.J. might have been a douche, he had a nice year and still one of the better offensive catchers in the game. I don't care about a rift between him and 2 gas-cans. I don't care if players on my favorite teams are jerks, I want winners, not this gamer "we try hard and are nice guys" line of sh!t.

Learn to read, Sparky....Bonds media venom vs. A.J. being a **** to his teammates is attitude, not performance you fackin' dry hump. A.J. did not have a "nice year" for the Giants. He was around the league average that year and he ground into more double plays and left more guys on base....
Did you even watch the games then? The Sox won the series with A.J. on the team, and it's likely they would have won it with anyone else catching so you can blow that "winner" bull**** out your ass.

That's what I just said, tool. I never compared the on-the-field performance, you did. I said they are both jerks. I never brought up the W.S. either, although yopu make a good point, A.J. has a ring while Brian Sabean doesn't.
