Ray Durham appreciation thread.

-4 out of 5 full seasons had an avg over .282
-4 out of 5 full seasons had an OBP over .356
- hit 77 HR's and 165 2B's over his tenure with the Giants.

- got drunk one night and ****ed a *****. missed one game

Thanks Ray for being the 2nd best 2B ever to play for the SF Giants (yes, better than Robby T.) I enjoyed watching you hit

ya...fack Ray fackin Durham. He doesnt need a thread devoted to him, let alone an appreciation thread. So Fack you Ray Durham. I ****in hated watchin you and you kept Franny outta the lineup for 1 1/2 season with your bonehead fielding and "double play Ray" Bat. So again, Fack you Ray durham.

Uh, lets face facts people, Kevin Frandsen is not a major league baseball player. Whoopidy do he's the hero of San Jose. Who gives a rats ass.

I checked the stats. Thompson's OPS+ is one point better than Ray-ray's.

Also, neither s the gold standard of SF Giants 2B's.

Jeff Kent. Love Ray and Robby, but sorry guys. And I do agree, Ray should be appreciated! Nice on ASU!

Bhaakon, you cannot seriously try to explain to me that Thompson was a better hitter than Ray Durham. The career lines are not even close. Thompson hit over .275 ONCE. He had over a .350 OBP TWICE. That's awful
