Barely one season deep into his Major League Career, Tim finds himself not only the Ace of the Giants but one of the best young arms in the game…..PERIOD…….. Its amazing how quickly Tim has put his stamp on this team, and taken over as the face of the Franchise…… And THANK GOD for Tim……12-3 and 16-8 in Tim starts……….GOOD GOD….how bad would the Giants suck without all those quality innings…… Using linear regression analysis based upon the vectors formed assuming the classical nature of the deviation of data from the norm I can tell you with 99.99% certainty….. THE GIANTS WOULD SUCK EVEN MORE THAT YOU CAN IMAGINE……. Oh man…..things aren’t looking so good for Yankee pitching these days…….. and I certainly wish Joba well…..I cant be very optimistic about his future……..when he comes back from the DL, you know they are going to stick him back in the pen and blame his shoulder woes on starting.;……. Personally, I'm guessing the issue is with being converted back and forth……and a return to relief will just server to burn him out faster……. Throwing a baseball damages the shoulder…..and starters have time to recover…..whereas relievers don’t get that luxury…… therefore it takes a durable rubber arm to be a good reliever for a long time…….. That’s why you see so many relievers burn out after only a few good years……… Good luck Joba……and someday the Yankees will actually commit to the rebuild 100%…….until then just smile knowing impatience counteracts their resources…..
