here is how you do the avatar thing
Step 1
First you need to put your pictures on a web server
Go to these sites and follow instructions
Click here for Photobucket good and free
Click here for Imageshack also good (my 2nd choice)
Make sure you copy or remember the URL
Step 2
Click on Control Panel.
Click on Change miscellaneous options.
This will be the first thing you see
Paste the url
Square images work best =D
