Weill's Midwest Swing (Baseball, Football)
Started in Green Bay to see the famous...
Green Bay Bullfrogs. They won 4-1. They are in the Northwoods League (NCAA).
Then the Green Bay Packers. They romped the Seattle Seahawks 48-13.
F16's in a preseason game? whatever I thought it was cool.
Lambeau leap...
after Lambeau leap...
after Lambeau leap...
...resulted in this score.
Then on to Milwaukee to see the Cards-Brewers for 2 games.
The Cards would win both.
Miller Park
Time to open the dome!
Sausages before the game.
Mr. Pujols would launch a shot of the scoreboard in center later in this at bat.
and here he is shaking 3rd base coach hand
The Prince and 1/3rd of the Molinas
Rolen went 4-4.
Game 2
Are the Milwaukee Brewers racist?
Then, as if following the Cardinals, I went to Wrigley. The first game got rained out, and this one had a 1 hour and half rain delay. Cardinals won 6-4.
The Friendly Confines.
Wrigley Field.
The classic Wrigley scoreboard.
Ted Lilly pitching.
Didnt know Kerry Wood was back.
Then headed down to the Southside of Chicago to take in a White Sox-Royals game. White Sox would take the Win, their 2nd in their last 10 games at the time. I felt like a Dodger fan, I only got there about 20 before gametime because I got tickets late, but I usually go to BP.
US Cellular Field
Jermaine Dye
Jim Thome
Bobby Jenks, who got his record snapped the night before.

Rental car. That I almost crashed into a motorcyclist that was wearing a helmet or had his lights on at night in my blind spot.

Thanks ugf!
The shots that made Miller Park look empty were taken probably an hour before the game started, people seemed to come at the absolute last minute there, I got there 2 hours early and had the whole upper deck to myself til about 45 mins.
