Just My Personal Thoughts
I know sales have been down but I would like to see more participation in our contest and swaps than we have had lately.
I was looking at the stores last night, it seems at least a third of them have no to only a hand full of listings. You can't sell them if you don't list them. Lots of listings bring new people to the site.
In order to get sales up, we must work together.

Oh, Lilafae, I was not talking about your or the other 12 or 15 people who support almost everything we do. We have over 140 members now and I would like to see some of the other 125 members make more of an effort to particupate in the fun things we do, list, sell, etc. I would not expect everyone to participate in everything that comes across. Some things, certain individuals would not have an interest in, maybe can't afford at a particular time or mayybe out of town during the time a certain promotion is going on. I guess I am wanting very badly to see this site become a bit more popular than it seems to be at the present time.

Sorry Girls, I may not be a seller on the site but I do try to promote the site verbally and on any of the forums I do participate in.
I have had many inquires about the items I have purchased over the past few months. I am always quick to tell them about Ooak auctions and give out the website addy.
I love this site and the people that happen to be here

is that there seems to be a general malaise "out there in cyber land" -- everyone is in a lull. Maybe we can all put our 'energy caps' on and put forth energetic energies of enthusiasm and prosperity out there. It's tough for a lot of people right now. I have had a very difficult time as of late too and haven't been back on the boards as much as normal. Everyone I have talked to is feeling "it" whatever IT is . I am hoping this malaise passes soon and excitement once again fills the air waves with renewed sense of life. As the saying goes, "this too shall pass..."

I agree with Morika. It's not Just the economy, although in and of itself is a huge issue.
So many people are experiencing other problems that have nothing to do with the economy. Pets dying, health issues etc.
It's scary really.
