For whatever reason, My avatar seems to have disappeared. Can someone tell me how to get it back or how to fix another. I remember it took me awhile trying to follow instructions to get the first one. I have no idea where it went other than I notice it is not coming up for me tonight. I liked my little wand but don't mind chaning, maybe to something Yule looking for the time being but I don't remember how to do it. HELP!

You have to pull the picture from a picture hosting site. Not sure if you used Photobucket or not. Looks like you pulled it directly from an avatar site. The Link on the actually site might be broken that is why it is not showing up.

If you have a picture on your pc you can create a photobucket
account and download that picture to photobucket. I belive photobucket has an edit so you can make it the required size for here. 60 x 60 ...

Once you get it correct Under the picture in your photobucket there are 4 differnt links you can copy. USE THE DIRECT LINK Click on it and it should automaticly copy.

Then come to the Hollow .. Go to your control panal then go to change Misc Settings. Go to the avatar option. Put your cursor in the box right click on the mouse and paste the new Link there.

Photobucket hardly ever breaks links. Unless you go in there and mess around with the menus. This should keep ya..

Thanks so much for the dirctions. They seem too complicated for me to understand tonight. I'll see what I can do about it over the weekend. I have a new avatar picked out if I can get it to work. Thanks again.

Runboard automatically resizes your pic down to 100x100.

Yea, it will resize. Of course it's always best to edit yourself. That way you have control over how your pic turns out. When runboard resizes it sticks it at a flat 100x100, so your pic may look a little funky if not square.

Thank you both. It took me a few minutes but it worked as you can see. I already had a photobucket account though I don't use it very often.
