Re: Simple Upgrade
Just clearing up a few questions...
Even if you are a preferred seller (no fees) you may still notice a credit. Credits may be used for Banner rotation fees since that is not covered by the PS program.
Credits will be green and Debits will be red.
You may have a Debit up to -5.00 before you account is suspended. Those who participate in the PS program will NOT receive fees (with the exception of purchased banner rotations) and will NOT be suspended due to debit. PS Program lasts for one year.
You will notice when you log in it says Account Balance. If it says credit then you have that on file as a credit and you may use toward banner fees. If it says debit (red) that is what you owe the site.
Under that you will see maximum debit. This will show you the number you are allowed to "charge" before your account is suspended.
**NOTE** If your account becomes suspended due to maximum debit (over -5.00) all you have to do is pay the balance owed and your account will automatically be activated again.
For those not in the PS program, credits may be used for all fees!
If you have any questions please feel free to email me
Thanks!
