SPELL TO CONNECT TO YOUR INNTER FOOL
Go to a place in your home where you have fun.
Wear the clothes you enjoy and bring bells, the colored comic pages from the newspaper, a mirror, and lipstick in an unusual color.
Ring the bell and sing, “Without rhyme or reason, it’s time to ring in the silly season.”
Hold up the mirror and tell yourself a joke and laugh.
Read the comics and laugh.
Take the lipstick and draw on your face, creating a smile and cheeks of color. Guffaw and laugh.
Read the comics until you find one completely silly and funny.
Close your eyes and see yourself dressed as a fool.
Connect to this energy and feel the bubbles of laughter fill your being.
When you are done, go out into your life with a smile.
