Same thing here Willow, only 4 of the 12 purcases Paulina made to me are covered, the rest I had to type her address in, even tho' it's the address for billing etc. So, I am going to only be covered on no more than 4,which means I am eating about $400.

Since Paulina didn't fill out the override form in OA, you are not protected (addy not automatically filled in). Apparently, when you fill in the info yourself it is not the same thing... yea crazy I know.
However, if you use PayPal shipping to ship a google purchase, apparently you need only ship to the addy you are supplied with in order to be protected.
At least that's what I'm getting from the above pages.

Almost all of my invoices were sent directly via Paypal..and all say Eligible. I didn't have to type in their addy. It was filled in by the Buyer..which were confirmed. I just want this nightmare to be over already..for everyone!

Just got off the phone again with Paypal and they told me that it could take up to 105 days BEFORE any monies will be returned! And if the CC company decides in the buyers favor then and only then will be the Seller Protection kick in!
