Charge and anoint a blue candle with lavender oil.

On an amethyst stone, paint a black bat, the guardian of the night.

While the candle is burning, anoint the stone with lavender oil and repeat the following:

“By the power of Isis, the mother Goddess and protector,
And the Bat, guardian of the night and dreams,
Let all my worries drain away; protect me in the realm of sleep!
Let my dreams be peaceful!
Let my sleep be restful!
As I will it so mote it be by the powers of three
   times three times three.”

Oh this couldn't have come at a better time! I am (yes slowly behind once again) just now reading the Twilight series. I stay up late cause I am deeply engrossed, and once I put the book down I dream about it. LOL... I need a good night's rest emoticon
