I can't speak for anyone else, but I give him credit for it. Good for him. Doesn't excuse the rest of the mistakes he's made, though.

Next lets see him put some teeth in an energy policy that demands 50 mpg minimum by 2015 for ALL consumer vehicles sold.

Of course, that move would require politicans to get off the payrolls of the oil companies and not to knuckle under to the American automobile industry's pleas about waa, waa...we can't do that.

I give him credit for it as well. Not exactly a rocket scientist move, a 4 year could have figured that one out but hey he did it so Cudos to him.

But as Queeny said, it's a drop in the ocean compared to all the steps backwards he's taken.
