Thanks so much Queeny, I thought I would make this email a little more personal than this last email. I think I was in shock and disbelief when it happened. Today is the hardest because I think realization has set in that she is gone.
 
Diabetes claimed her. A week ago Wednesday my brother had to call 911 he woke up to find Mom on the floor having mini seizures. Come to find out her blood sugar had dropped to a deathly low 10 she became diabetic this year from all the steroids they had her on for her breathing. Basically the Prednisone caused the diabetes. I was so hoping that she would get stronger and fight but she wanted to be with Dad so bad. My brother called me and told me that she was going and he had to get to the hospital her heart rate was 20 and pressure was dropping fast. He got there exactly 1 minute before she passed. She went peacefully. I still can't believe she is gone. I was close to my dad but my mom and I had a much closer bond. Even though we would fight like most daughters did with their mom's I still can't bear the thought that I will not be able to call her on the phone and hear her voice anymore.
 
I will be flying out September 2nd with Elmo. Derrell will be flying out later to be with me. He has many loose ends to tie up here including his daughter who still has classes until break September 23rd. I will be gone close to a couple of months. My brother and I have to go thru the house (basically 4 floors UGH - The attic, second floor, first floor and basement and the garage to go thru.) My brother and I still have to go thru my dad's stuff as well. Mom could not bring herself to deal with parting of dad's stuff either. It is going to be so hard to be in that house. Not exactly sure when the funeral will be because the coroner has to be brought in NY law when a person dies after being brought in by ambulance they have to rule out the not so nice things. Crazy law.
 
My Pets Paradise site might be closed down since no activity will be on it. If it does no worries I will when I come back take care of it all. Not really worried about that right now. Don't get me wrong I love my site but it has to take backseat now.
 
I will try while I am in Niagara Falls to pop on time to time to the boards will have to see how everything goes.
 
Thanks again Queeny for everything and Tell everyone I said Hi. I have not let Becky know and if you would not mind could you let her know. Thanks so much. Email is as far as I get right now on the computer. Sewing classes have been put on hold until my return. My students have been great with this all. No one canceled Thank Goodness. I had to call them all and if I am back before Christmas (Which I am hoping) I may throw in an extra few classes for holiday sewing for free.

Hi Queeny
 
Just wanted to email you to let you know that I got in Niagara Falls ok and things are slowly going. Mom's funeral has been put on hold until this coming Saturday the 12th. Nothing like dragging this out. The guy that robbed the house is still out on the streets and the detective called today, I have to rack my brain to list every piece of jewelry that she had in the armoire. The last time I was in the armoire was a year ago August when mom was showing me all of her jewelry. Crazy. I can't remember all the pieces of jewelry she had. :shakes head and sighs: Would you believe the idiot is still calling my brother's house to want to hang out and wants to show up at the services to pay his respects OMG We have notified the police and I want him arrested if he shows up.
 
My son drove from Norfolk this past weekend to see me. I have not seen the guy in two years. He is flying here this coming Thursday for the services. It was awesome to see him and helped with the grieving as well.
 
Going in Mom's house is HARD!!!! I look at something and break down. So the services are going to be super hard.
 
I want to thank you for the beautiful e-card you sent and thank you so much for listening and being with me in spirit. It helps knowing I have everyone close to me right now.
 
Tell everyone I said hi and I am doing well. And I am hoping when things calm down on this end I can hop on the boards for a quick hi and to thank everyone for their wonderful support

Hi Queeny
Ok here I go....
 
I am back in Colorado after being on the road with a u-haul for three days arrived here in Denver on Sunday. Nothing but rain and wind Derrell and I contended with.

My brother and I are at WAR with each other. When I got to NY my brother and I discussed everything about going thru the house and dividing the estate equally. (Here is the tricky part) Mom never signed her will (I think my brother had something to do with that will explain later in this email) We went to the lawyer and he stated since there is no signature on the will that the estate would be divided equally.
The REST here was rather private and nasty.......IF Bellia wants to fill this in when she gets back on, then she can..
So Marc (her brother) is being investigated.
And I have my attorney fighting for me to receive Administrative Powers and he will not get a thing.
So that is what has been going on and what I have been dealing with.
