I did 2 miles on the treadmill at varying speeds last night. I also did some light circuit work, which was good because it's been a while since I've been on the machines.

Re: What did you do today to get better?
REsted from Boston to Thurs training except for boxing gym on Monday. Trying to let the ankle heal but it was still sore at training.
Yesterday resumed CardioX - again I could do it better than last time, which is encouraging but ankle was painful.
I'm very enthusiastic about P90X, I think it is the next step for me and would help everyone - next to get the pull-up bar and weights for the other videos - I reckon it is not too late to make a diff in upper body strength for nationals but maybe I'm wrong about that?

On the topic of training and injuries, I came across this interesting article on ibuprofen use by athletes

Re: What did you do today to get better?
Got through Plyometrics (P90X session) - very challenging but I did it better than last time. Hopefully should help quite a lot next weekend. I'll try to fit in one or 2 cardioX this week and maybe the core video, havne't tried that yet.

I read some stuff about organ damage from NSAids when exercising also.
Hopefully Aspirin would be OK but not sure.
