Philadelphia Marathon - Nov 23
Want to do a little bit of extra running to improve your footy fitness and recover from Saturday's game? Now is the time to sign up for the 2008 Philly marathon! If interested ... you are welcome to join me on my training runs. First long (slow) training run will be Sunday morning - approx. 13 miles (21km) starting at the Canoe Club on Kelly Dve - following the Wissahickon creek - to the end of Forbidden Drive and back again.
