Crab and pasta salad 16 oz package tricolor rotini
16 oz package imitation crab meat
1 medium sized green pepper
3 green onions
3 stalks celery
8 oz black olives
4 oz mushroom pieces
16 oz Italian dressing
8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Prepare pasta according to package directions, rinsing with cold water. While pasta is cooking chop crab meat, green pepper, green onions, celery and black olives. Combine pasta, crab meat and vegetables in a large bowl and mix well. Add in half of the Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese a chill until ready to serve. Before serving, add remaining Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
