I'm mad at myself


I can't seem to diet anymore. My will power is about this long

Yesterday I bought two packages of peanut butter cups, and the day before I ate an entire package of brownie bites by myself. I HATE seeing my reflection, and I don't like the way my joints and back feel, especially when I'm trying to sleep at night. I don't look at all the way I picture myself.

Yet I keep screwing up and eating junk. I'm really pissed off at myself, I keep starting diets over and over and over again. I will have to join WW. Obviously its very hard for me to diet alone these days.

Sometimes joining a group like WW will help you to put everything in order. Do it! You can always drop out and do it on your own when you feel confident enough to. Then again you may love it, go all the way, and become a leader! You never know!

Val and I are doing WW, it is, in my opinion a great way to eat what you love and still lose your weight. If you haven't done WW before, I encourage you to join either go to meetings or Online. Get your knowlege on how it works. You can't lose, except for the weight of course!!
