it's 7 pm & dh is not home yet! today was his day off, went in to help out & he's stuck...then to top it off...gets a ticket for using cell phone while driving....once he got to the office they handed him another ticket....for blowing a red light where there's a camera...damn! so much for the ot!

I'm sorry about all that Andie, but I sure wish they would start handing out tickets here in PA for driving while on a cellphone! It's not a law here and so many accidents have been caused by people talking or texting. Just had that fatal accident in front of our house last year involving 2 trucks, a car, and a tractor trailer carrying lumber. Dumped his load all over the road and the kid that caused the accident died, he was texting and swerved in front of the semi, his pickup flew through the air over top of the semi and came straight down into the ground in the yard across the street and it was so terrible. The sound of the accident still haunts me sometimes. So damned sad and so senseless. He was in his early 20s on the way to a job interview.  So be glad there is a law there and that they enforce it, it is for your own safety. But I'm still sorry for all the troubles you have today.

We have a no cellphone while driving law here but nobody seems to take any notice because the cops don't bother - I could rant about that one cos I think it's soooo dangerous!
