Sweet 'n Crunchy Zucchini Chips
Sweet 'n Crunchy Zucchini Chips
1. Slice Zucchini into 1/4 inch "chips"
2. Dry the chips in a food dehydrator or in a very low temp oven until all chips are completely dried and crispy.
3. Eat the chips plain or dip into guacamole or hummus
Note: You can sprinkle salt or seasonings on them before dehydrating if you want.
The chips by themselves are 0 points.
