This is from the Weight Watchers Shortcut Cookbook..they are sinfully delicious!

Chewy Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

To get the maximum amount of creaminess for the same number of points, use regular extra chunky peanut butter instead of reduced fat.

Points: 3

2/3 cup extra chunky peanut butter
1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. Line an 8" square pan with foil.

2. Place peanut butter and 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk in a medium bowl. Microwave at HIGH 2 1/2 minutes. Stir and microwave 30 seconds. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread mixture in pan, pressing into an even layer with fingers.

3. Place remaining sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes. Add remaining vanilla; stir until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over peanut butter mixture; spread with a small spatula. Chill until firm. Cut into 20 rectangular pieces. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. Yield: 20 servings (serving size: 1 piece).

Shortcut..Secret Tools: Foil and a pizza cutter are the two secret tools that make this recipe mess-free. Lining the pan with foil makes clean up a snap. Use a pizza cutter for a quick, precise slice.
