5 Can Soup
I got this recipe at my Weight Watchers meeting last week and made it for supper tonight. It is very tasty and only 2 points per cup.
5 Can Soup
1 Can Progresso Minestrone Soup
1 Can corn (with liquid)
1 Can chopped or diced tomatos (with liquid)
1 Can mixed vegetables (with liquid)
1 Can beans (any kind, I like cannelini or kidney) drained
Put it all in a pot, bring to a boil and turn off the heat. done.
Note: I also added 1 can of beef broth to make it soupier.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan when you serve it.
1 cup = 2 points
