Well the car was.

Cops ruled it a no-fault because the lights at the intersection where it happened weren't working right.

Thankfully he is OK, but he has no health insurance and I am the only driver on the auto insurance policy.

Oh, that's horrible. I'm glad your son is ok, however. That's what's important.

I deleted my last post because I see he's OK... emoticon thank God.

I'm sure he has to go see the doc though. And I really hope he wasn't driving...

Very glad your son is ok!

This is another perfect example of why we need basic health care coverage for kids, elderly, the very poor, etc.

Yes, he was driving. He seems OK but with no health insurance, there's not much I can do unless he needs to go to the ER.

I am happy to hear - well, read - that your son' OK. Even though the police ruled it no-fault, I believe you can still make a claim on the other guy's insurance. After all, he hit you. That means you were already in the intersection, making him at fault, despite what the cop may have said.

Leave it to steveatl to politicize this.

It's a real political issue. If this had happened 2 years from now, his son would be covered.

Nice crystal ball.

Why didn't you let anyone know what was going to happen prior to 9/11.

Face it, you used this near tragedy to push a political agenda. You used naked's son as political fodder.

As for me, that is the extent of my commentary on your base behavior and will close with wishing naked's son no further consequences from this event and for naked to find contentment.
