yeah...98 degrees in the big apple right now. ...humidity is only 35% which is low for nyc. i went outside to grab a sandwich before and melted into the asphault.

It's 96 here and I just watched the fire department put out a grass fire on the side of I-285 (outside my window)....twice. Not sure how it started, but it's hot as hell.

We had nasty storms yesterday. There were 200 downed trees yesterday across 3 golf courses. I did not witness the storms b/c I was at the beach, partying all day long. emoticon

Well I did have my kids at the beach but I still managed to party. Made some maguaritas (spell) and actually made pizza on the bbq.

it finally cooled down a bit here. all those storms brought it. but dang we're a bit water logged over here. and more is coming in. looks mainly just like rain tho, not more storms. i have been loving all the crazy storms, but then i found out 6 people have died locally. that's kinda sad.

I had mojitos by a friend's poolside yesterday -- and he made them too strong so i was wasted off of 1 1/2 of those...had to sober up for a few hours before driving home emoticon
