I'd say rape. The victim has to live with that fallout for the rest of her life. Murder either ties for first or is a very close second, because of how many people are affected by that.

Tough choice between murder and treason. In my opinion, any crime that takes life is "the worst". Less than taking a life at least allows for recovery.
I say tough between treason and murder because murder obviously takes a life, whereas treason may or may not, so it depends on the circumstances. Under war time circumstances, treason could result in "mass murder", so it would be worse, I think.

um. yes rape is a horrible crime, but I believe murder is a worse crime. rape you can survive from, but murder, um that's the end. And yes treason is bad too, but not quite the same as murder.

I just think rape is worse, because I don't think death is that bad. I mean, if you're dead, you're dead. You don't know otherwise. But rape, you have to live with that the rest of your life. Murder probably ties for first/very close second because of what it does to the families of the victims. But from the POV of the victim itself, I'd say rape is worse.

"worst" is highly subjective, so i went with treason on the thought that it's a crime against an entire nation with ramifications that could bring violence and death to many.
