Sidestory 4: Kade's Fate
Kade, The Tyrant, was banished from The Haven, before they ascended to become known as New Heaven, at Anthros' decree. He soon began preparations for the inevidible war against Heaven, plotting out every attack, building a formidible army, and making sure rations were plentiful and easy to access. On the day he was set to attack Heaven, something completely unexpected occurred, the depths of Oblivion opened up, releasing the Army of Darness and the Dark Dragon Ryu soon after. Kade, with his over confidence and brash attitude, turned his sights on Ryu as a test for his army, an "easy victory" he told his men. So, his army began to attack Ryu, and to Kade's astonishment, the entirety of his army was wiped out in minutes! Kade, believing himself to be superior to even the mightiest of swordsman, attacked Ryu head-on. This was most definitely a mistake, because Ryu was on the war path! Kade got one good slash in on Ryu, thus angering the dragon even further because this annoyance was preventing him from reaching his goal of destroying Heaven. Ryu turned to face Kade. Kade, while laughing, told the dragon to give up or die. Ryu raised his right arm, and crushed Kade against the ground, almost breaking every bone in his body, and grasped him with his claws, tearing his flesh apart, thus killing him. Then, without any more distractions, Ryu made haste to his goal, but not without leaving more destruction in his wake.
This is why Kade never made it to the War in Heaven.
