Hi, Here is my English Rogers Kit in Blue Pearl ripple.

The snare is a script logo US dynasonic, I would welcome advice about tuning and heads for this kit as I've only owned it 6 months. It was in quite a bad way with some parts missing but it's getting back to its former glory and sounds great! I've also sourced some 70's 5 star super Zyn cymbalswhich were made in england and have a great vintage sound.

Let's all give thefunkydrumma a great big ROF welcome emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Thanks for the great picture.

Heads for the Dyna-Sonic from the factory were coated Remo Diplomat batter and hazy Remo Ambassador snare side. Bass drum use a clear Remo Powerstroke 3 batter and a clear or coated Ambassador resonent side. For a great vintage sound on the toms use a coated Remo Ambassador batter and reso. I use Remo clear Pinstripes batter and clear Ambassadors resonent side on my toms, also a great sound.

Look forward to hearing more from you.

Jack

Welcome and sweet kit! Enjoy the wealth of info on both English & American Rogers. We got a couple of other guys from over the pond that are unraveling some pretty cool stuff about the English Rogers! I'm sure those EU Rogers guys will have some questions about your kit...
P.S. We Love pics! emoticon
