That is UBER-KOOL!!! I love everything about it!
One question:What is under the china cymbal? A bell? A friend was tearing down an old school and snatched the fire bell for me-RED and LOUD.

Re: The Most Unique 26" Bass Drum
If thats a 26" its the only pic Ive seen on this site of a 26". I was told they even made a 28" which Ive never even seen one. The new drum head graphics are way cool. Never saw that one.

The Most Unique 26" Bass Drum - artwork
The "57 Chevy" head was custom made by Vintage Logos in Cincinnati, OH. It was made in 2004. I worked with Shawn, and I encourage anyone and everyone to go to him for a bass drum head, either custom or one of his stock models. The last contact info I have for him is 513-351-0075. email: sales@vintagelogos.com.
We searched around until we found a photograph of a 57 Chevy looking straight into the front of it. I wanted it to look like the car is coming at you. Shawn changed the color to green to nearly match the green sparkle pearl on the drum (he says he can make the car any color). We sized the car so that the headlight was an exact fit for a 4" chrome Holz. I found a small battery powered flourescent light that I could lay inside the drum so the headlight would look like it was on!
As you can see, it looks incredible.

Yep, great story, great drum. I especially like the 3-D Chevy badge on the side.
