Rod Morgenstein at the Golden Bear
It was truly a priviledge to work with Rod Morgenstein. Just a great guy.
First picture is back stage with Rod in 1982 as he was warming up for a performance with the Dixie Dregs at the Golden Bear in Huntington Beach.
Second picture shows him later that night playing the Red Wine prototype kit Dave Gordon and I built for him.
The Golden Bear was a primary testing ground for all sorts of Fender gear.
