TK, I don't have any catalogues. All I have are the photocopies given by Dave Seville and posted in the English Rogers section. Some are photocopies of photocopies. I could re-scan them maybe as PDF files if necessary. They are JPEG at the moment.
Swivomatic says he has a catalogue (probably the third) in his attic.

The catalogs answered a question I could not find an answer to anywhere else. It seems the beavertail snare lugs are the same as the small Tower tom center lugs. According to the 1969 parts catalog, page 13 (15 of pdf.)

Now if someone can come up with 20 of the #6409 7" Tower BD tension rods...
