changes to the handbook,

ill be soon shifting a few things in the handbook, moslty grammar and sentance structure but i will also be chageingg the garb reqs for warrior rank. nothing major, ill post the finished product.

the changes are made, the definition of immaculate garb has been changed to veterans garb with the 5 point cultural breakdown. and ive added three new policies that had been brought up earlier.
