Realm Weapon Buy.

The realm is going to be making a large purchse of weapons from edhellen armoury. Anyone who wants to get in on a bulk purchase order should contact Urdock. there will be a thread about this on the Taurendor message board. This is Urdock's plan.

...this is how I would like to proceed:

As usual, I'll make the purchase with my credit card then repay myself from the treasury.

Anyone who wants in on the buy shows up to the December battle with cash (exact change) and a specific, written order containing what they want, in what color, with what options, and how much it costs. Please note that, due to the bulk pricing, we'll be getting at least a 15% discount ($418 going to realm gear), so take that into account.

As for shipping- since it is likely that we'll have an order of over $500 worth of stuff, everything will get an additional 5% discount. I will use those savings to pay shipping, and anything leftover will be returned to people participating in the order. If we don't get above $500, I will ask for people to make up the difference before the order is sent it.

As far as restrictions, I ask that people don't order any spears or glaives, because that will seriously skew the shipping costs.

Once the order arrives, I will bring it to either a practice at Nova's or the next realm event I am able to attend. I don't have the space to really keep this stuff around, nor do I want people pestering me for their gear, so I ask that you try and pick up your order when it comes in.
