EDITED TO SAY: I recently found out that if you call that number you HAVE to give a $55.00 donation tot eh hotline or they won't help you!!!!!!!
I tried to find a place to complain on their website- but couldn't... I think that is total BS... you call because your pet is in trouble and they MAKE you pay for advice??? That is terrible!

I'll do some searching later to see if there is another number that lower cost or free. In the meantime, if something happens during your regular vet's office hours, I would call them first.
