Ziploc Zip n' Steam Bags
I recently recieved 2 sizes of the new Ziploc Zip 'n Steam bags in the mail to test for BuzzAgent.com; They work like the Bird's Eye Steamfresh veggies, only you put your own veggies in them and they cook in the microwave just like the frozen Birdseye. In the Ziploc bags you can use fresh veggies though.
I tried the small size bag with a 16 oz. package of baby cut carrots; they only took 8 minutes, and were very tender; no need to add water either. I also cut up some small red potatoes and cooked them in the larger sized bag, they only took 14 minutes.
In the letter I got with them, it says they will be in stores in July. I plan on keeping these stocked in my kitchen, I want to add more fresh veggies to my diet, and these are a quick and easy way to prepare them.
You can also use the bags to cook fruit, meat, chicken and some fish, but I haven't tried them for those items yet.

Re: Ziploc Zip n' Steam Bags
I tried these with boneless chicken breast; they are kind of tricky to cook just right. Mine ended up half dried out. I think I will stilck to just using these bags for veggies.
