"Meaty" thin crust pizza

This recipe is from the Hungry Girl Cook Book.
Watch the cooking times when baking the tortilla. I burned mine the first time following the times of 5 minutes per side before the toppings are put on. I cut the time down to 4 minutes and on just one side on my second try. I used a whole wheat tortilla instead of a flour tortilla, which could be why it burned so easily.

Add any of your favorite spices to the sauce, you can also add a little bit of Splenda for a sweet sauce.

"MEATY" THIN CRUST PIZZA
makes 1 serving

I medium low fat flour tortilla )about 110 calories with at least 6 g fiber)
1 1/2 ounce ground beef style or sausage style soy crumbles, thawed
1/3 cup shredded fat free mozzerella cheese
1/3 cup canned tomato sauce
2 tsp reduced fat Parmesan style grated topping
1/4 tsp garlic powder
optional: salt, black pepper, oregano, onion powder, red pepper flakes etc.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place tortilla in a baking pan sprayed lightly with non stick cooking spray and bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes per side, until slightly crispy.

Combine tomato sauce and garlic powder. Season sauce to taste with optional ingredients. Remove tortilla from the oven and spread on tomato sauce.

Next, sprinkle crumbles, cheeses and grated topping evenly over sauce. Return pizza to oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and crumbles are hot.

(Instead of using cooking spray, I just lined my pan with Reynolds Rapid Release Foil)
