Considering the current mess in the Middle East and the likelihood that the situation will probably get worse in time, I believe that we could use a new Forum. How about a Forum dedicated to Current Events or Hot News Topics? - Nord
Im not sure about this Tony, but do you think we should have a forum that is REALLY off-topic (non-christian)?
Well, I have thought about a forum where we can all unwind and vent, and speak of all things not Christian. However, this will always be Christian board, and what would be allowed posted to an off-topic forum would have to be heavily moderated. That's not to say we can't have such a forum. But it would have to be kept clean and respectable.
Is anyone else interested in such a forum?

I am concerned that what would result would be just a recreation of what happened on the Passion Board at IMDB. You created this board so that we could have real discussions without all the hatred and bashing we encountered there and we do not want to invite that same environment to develop here. I cannot honestly say that I am not against creating a non-religious topic forum, but if you do the challenge for the moderators may become too much to handle. I do not want to have to be concerned about deleting posts or banning users.

I also do not want to concern myself with banning members. Of course, it is inevitable, but even I did not ban Wizard when he came here and attacked the faith.
