Placating terrorists, meeting with dictators, compassion for murderers... but no humanity for the unborn... incredible.

The forums will be free, but the hosting will not. It will cost 70 dollars a year. The upgrade to hosting is the only option to be able to migrate all the threads here to the new forums, and will allow for much better functionality.
So, what do you all think?

Re: BIG ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDNG SHJIHM FORUM Hmmm...so far it seems as though I will not have the same artistic freedom as I do here at runboard. I will only be able to install templates with the new forums which work like skins.
I do like the freedom to customize.

There might be good technical reasons to migrate and I would not want to stand in the way of those. I am sure you can come up with an attractive look for the forum even with different software.

I belong to a message board there and with the premier status board, the owner (you) can change backgrounds and colors, add pictures, etc. The board I belong to is a premier board and I think it is about the same cost, $35 every 6 months. Just something you may want to look into. The only thing is that I don't think you can categorize the posts the way you do here. Anyway, just an FYI in case you would want to look into it.

Do we move or stay here?

Re: BIG ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDNG SHJIHM FORUM Just a practical point...When you switch how long will you be able to point to your new site from here? There may be other prodigal children who have wandered away that may come back.
