Prayer request for a father of 7 I sure hope this gets seen....
My friends, an online friend of mine who I have known for over 5 years now could really use our prayers. She is a wonderful lady with 7 beautiful children. She and her husband were hoping to try for #8 this year. However, today they just received some devastating news. After going through a bacterial infection similar to E-Coli as well as the MRSA infection a couple of months ago, he was having what they believed was a recurrence of the MRSA when they decided to draw blood and do a CAT scan. It is not good. They believe he has cancer in his lymph nodes and he will be having a biopsy tomorrow.
PLEASE keep Alan, his wife Julie, and their 7 children in your prayers. Getting as many people to pray for them as possible is one of the only things I can think of to do for them. They really are terrific people and I am just heartbroken for them right now.

I have lost track of how many people I know who have battled cancer. I am going to a wake tonight for the father of my god-sister's husband who just lost his battle this week.
God, if it be thy will, please Grant your servant Alan healing. Please send the grace and strength necessary to Alan, Julie, and their entire family for their trials ahead. Amen.
