"There are not over a hundred people in the United States who hate the Catholic Church. There are millions, however, who hate what they wrongly believe to be the Catholic Church, which is, of course, quite a different thing." -Bishop Fulton J. Sheen
Placating terrorists, meeting with dictators, compassion for murderers... but no humanity for the unborn... incredible.

Re: … It is the Spanish word for neighborhood. Of course we also have the 'hood which can also be quite dangerous. Just not a lot of mosques yet, though I read recently that Muslims are having some success in converting Mexicans to their faith.
I am told that after Martin Luther King was assassinated, there were race riots in every big city in the country. There have been local riots more recently like in LA ala Rodney King. But really nothing like what is described in the Muslim neighborhoods in Paris.
I drive through questionable neighborhoods everyday but I do not live in the 'hood or the barrio.
How long ... " But really nothing like what is described in the Muslim neighborhoods in Paris."
USA is no longer ruled by a majority race , so future revolts will be less focused .
Belive me , I feel more secure in Eastern Europe than Paris - because the extreme poverty was worse in Paris . How ironic for that "enlightened" city .
Re: How long ... Tony lives near New York somewhere. I live in flyover country. You mentioned guns earlier. They are such a normal thing here that owning or shooting them is not extraordinary at all.
Re: How long ... Flyover county - the land you see when you look out the airplane window while flying between the east and west coasts of the United States.
