This is an independent church - now is the American RCC independent as well ? Because you know , Benedict can fire any american cardinal , or jesuite etc etc .
I am not surprised by that - some churches sold their soul to the communists during the dark years , and even the RCC in Poland was not immune . In any case , that's sad - even some american orthodox are brainwashed .
