Standard 2.1 scenario
Hi everyone, I've reworked the standard scenario, and here is the product ive come up with. I need feed back, but here are the changes I've made to the scenario.
Changes to standard include
----------------------------------
USA and France are not Major Powers.
China is now a Major Power.
UK and France have been Merged (But France is actually a minor to start for AI purposes.
German Navy, Airforce expanded.
Lituania is german (Ie East Prussia)
Italy starts game neurtral.
Comeintern Alliance added with USSR at its head.
China's Army has been greatly expanded.
Communist China has been added.
Switzerland is valued at zero.
Most events have been Deleted.
Germany will recieve small amounts of reinforcements.
Russia is no longer imperial.
My goal is to create a more balanced scenario, and it still can support the Axis Germany ai. But just try it out and post your thoughts. My opnion is to try as germany. That should be the best bet. I thought playing as china would be fun and it would tie Japan up, as opposed to Japan running wild in Russia. America will probably be the touchy point for most, but i thought it benificial to keep them out of the war, instead of them just jumping in, in addition, they will have a somewhat smaller army when they do join. Well i appreciate anyone who gives this a try.

Re: Standard 2.1 scenario
To the best of my knowledge a minor power will never act of its own accord - ie it simply sits around waiting to be annihilated. As such, making the US a minor power takes it out of the equation entirely, which I believe is a little extreme...
Italy should begin the game in the Axis alliance, no question. There was no issue about what side Mussolini was on, even if he did delay attacking France.
The revaluing of Switzerland sounds like a good-ish idea... German reinforcements though, I would strenuously disagree with. There is no need for scripted reinforcements when Germany is already very strong.
Also, making China into a major isn't realistic. It might be fun, but the reality is that there was no way China could have acted to invade another power during that period. They were still struggling through a civil war, and under the loss of their coastal provinces to Japan.
